About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven German-Speaking SaaS Sales Director to join our growing team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative GRC SaaS solutions to enterprise clients within the BFSI sector. Your deep understanding of the industry, combined with your ability to communicate fluently in German, will be key to your success in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on enterprise clients within the BFSI sector. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and target key opportunities within the German-speaking markets, leveraging your language skills and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, positioning our SaaS solutions as the ideal fit to drive their success. Provide expert guidance and insights to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment on goals and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and market feedback to the senior leadership team. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and optimize performance.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the BFSI sector, including the challenges and opportunities facing financial institutions. Familiarity with SaaS solutions and their application in this industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Location: Based in London, with the flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
