What are we looking for?
The successful applicant will have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to develop key relationships with customers, high standards of sales and negotiation skills and a commercial awareness of the wider marketplace.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Build new distribution channels for Adnams beer and Adnams spirits
- Managing volume and turnover along with profit and loss for Adnams beer and Adnams spirits, new product distribution and promotional plan.
- Manage the mix of products to ensure the balance volume and margin is achieved.
- Achieve targeted sales of Adnams Beers, Bitburger, and Wines.
- Implementation of the marketing promotional activity.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through customer service excellence.
- Develop promotional plans for managed chains at operational level.
