We are looking to add to our amazing team with an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who will maintain our high standards of cleanliness ensuring our beautiful rooms are kept to a pristine standard.

As our Housekeeping Supervisor you will support our Housekeeping Manager in the daily operations of our Housekeepers and will deputise in their absence, so it is important that you are able to motivate and support the team.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will deliver an effective and efficient housekeeping service whilst motivating and supporting the team. Our Housekeepers work closely as a team to uphold the stunning standard of our newly renovated rooms, delighting guests every time.

You will have a true passion for hospitality and maintain our reputation of excellence by working in line with our values and caring about them as much as we do.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing an effective and efficient housekeeping service for our Managed Properties.
• Ensuring all areas of Managed Properties and Staff Accommodation are presented to the highest standards.
• Maintaining stock levels for Laundry and Chemicals
• Identify any maintenance to the Housekeeping Manager or general Manager of the property concerned.
• To Develop the housekeepers by sharing your knowledge, training and best practices
• To provide support to and assistt The Housekeeping Manager and taking responsibility for the department when required.

It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills, good communication skills with the ability to lead a team. You will be comfortable lone working, understand operational standards and have excellent attention to detail.
