Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Coordinator to join our team at ITP Media Group. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience, preferably within the media or publishing industry, who are passionate about logistics, distribution, and ensuring seamless delivery of content. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the distribution of our print and digital content to various partners and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of print and digital content to clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as editorial, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Maintain and update distribution databases, tracking shipments and ensuring content reaches its intended audience.
  • Monitor inventory levels for print materials and coordinate reorders to meet demand.
  • Assist in the creation and management of distribution schedules for both print and digital content.
  • Support in the preparation and execution of distribution strategies to ensure maximum reach and efficiency.
  • Handle logistics and courier services for print distribution, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.
  • Track and report distribution performance and resolve any issues related to delivery or content accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to the distribution team, including data entry, reporting, and coordination of ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, timelines, and customer requirements.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or operations role, preferably within the media or publishing industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with distribution management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a flexible approach to tasks.
  • A strong interest in media, publishing, or content distribution.


Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience working in a media, publishing, or entertainment company is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and digital distribution platforms is an advantage.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
