Job Duties:


People Insights:

  • Gather and analyse HR data and workforce metrics to gain valuable insights into employee engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience based on data-driven findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.


People Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, values, and long-term objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives support and align with overall business strategy.
  • Champion a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and promotes employee growth and organisational success.


Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the people acquisition process to attract top talent and build a pipeline of skilled professionals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their people needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to best practices.


Head Count Management:

  • Monitor and manage the organisation's head count, providing insights and recommendations for optimal workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and facilitate strategic hiring decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with head count budgets and workforce planning targets.


Talent Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct regular talent reviews to identify high-potential employees and develop tailored retention plans.
  • Proactively address potential turnover risks and implement initiatives to improve employee retention.


Employee Relations:

  • Partner with people managers to ensure employee relations issues are addressed before escalating unnecessarily.
  • Lead on Employee Relations cases
  • Coach line managers on risk; of actions, communications etc and build confidence in participation in difficult conversations & potential disputes.


HR Insights & Reporting

  • Provide useful HR insights and analysis on a regular and ad hoc basis to leadership and management to inform people related decisions and initiatives.
  • Work closely with Finance team to facilitate accurate Payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection and GDPR for people data.
