Purpose of the Role
The pharmacy sector is one of the most dynamic in which Christie & Co. operate. Providing brokerage and valuation services to the pharmacy sector for the past 14 years, we are the leading agent in this highly specialist field. We are looking for a dynamic agent to join our team based in our London office, to develop activity for the Pharmacy sector across the Southeast region, further building on the successes we have seen in other regions.
It is likely that you will currently live and work within the area and have been working in property sales or a similar environment for at least a year. However, our experienced team will provide all the training and support you will need to be a successful pharmacy agent in this dynamic market.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact buyers primarily by telephone and register requirements using our Salesforce based CRM system.
- Register and maintain applicant requirements
- Prepare, send and monitor marketing collateral, mail and email campaigns.
- List, market and manage opportunities for sale.
- Arrange & follow up viewings and negotiate offers, including buyer due diligence.
- Negotiate and agree deals, manage lawyers and the sale process.
- Regular client updates on instruction activity
- Promote yourself and Christie & Co by liaising with our marketing team to create good quality marketing materials.
- Implement your own business generation strategy within a given territory to generate new sale enquiries.
- Present Christie & Co credentials, deliver pricing advice and secure sale mandates.
- Collaborate with our regional and national team on corporate projects.
- Network across the territory
- Enhance our reputation and profile locally, regionally and UK wide
Working Relationships and Contacts
This role will report directly to our Head of Pharmacy, and ultimately, the Managing Director of Medical. However, you will also work closely with existing regional fee earners, finance and insurance brokers, support staff and a wider central support team of IT and Marketing personnel. Otherwise, you will be encouraged to forge your own relationships with business stakeholders across a given territory.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience within an Estate Agency business; Desirable
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills; Essential
Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Essential
Knowledge of the property sector and property trends; Desirable
Relevant Real Estate degree; Desirable
Experience of working with Salesforce. Desirable
