Who You Are:

You thrive on building strong relationships with media and influencers, leveraging your extensive network to benefit your clients. You're on the pulse, incorporating the latest trends into creative responses and wanting to do something new. You’re a master of brand and communications strategies, adept at budget management, you’re proactive in identifying new sources of revenue and content upselling. But ultimately, you have a collaborative mindset, orchestrating integrated communications programs internally and making clients feel like you’re a trusted extension of their team.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategic planning, shaping compelling stories for diverse stakeholders and media audiences.
  • Ensure exceptional written content across all formats, guiding junior team members to produce top-quality work.
  • Champion best practices, contributing to business marketing efforts and proactively identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Drive campaign success by setting clear objectives aligned with commercial and marketing goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Oversee day-to-day account operations with minimal senior team involvement.
  • Provide strategic media advice and crisis management support.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to foster growth and development.
  • Contribute to new business development through brainstorming and proposal writing.
