We are looking for a Senior Account Director to join our team and lead our main client account, Google, driving the success of our campaigns and projects.

Position Summary: As a Senior Account Director, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients, with a primary focus on Google. You will develop and execute strategic account plans, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. You will work closely with C-suite marketeers, understanding their needs and delivering successful campaigns that exceed their expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite marketeers at Google and other high-profile clients.
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of marketeers to create and deliver successful B2B campaigns.
  • Manage high asset delivery campaigns, including OOH, TV, Video, and more.
  • Work closely with Producers and the creative team to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Drive budget growth by identifying new business opportunities within Google and their contacts/existing clients.
  • Oversee the campaign management and delivery team, ensuring all projects meet client expectations.
  • Report to the Head of Accounts and collaborate with another Senior Account Director to drive the agency's success.
  • Lead and grow a team of Senior Account Managers (Delivery) from 2 to 4 by October.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a creative agency environment, working with Producers and delivering high asset campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketeers' needs and expectations for successful campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage B2B campaigns and client relationships effectively.
  • Experience working with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of driving budget growth and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams.
