Join an award-winning Unicorn in the MarTech space that are seeking an experienced Account Director to join their growing team in the UK


They are a hyper-growth scale-up that have been consistently named as a leader in their space by the likes of G2, Gartner and Forrester and have attracted the backing of top investors.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of current accounts, focusing on their retention and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Oversee renewals in partnership with the Customer Success team.
  • Handle negotiations at various levels within target accounts, with an emphasis on executive and enterprise-level discussions.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and identify needs with senior customer executives in major or strategic accounts.
  • Experienced in managing multiple stakeholder relationships to achieve agreement on solutions and engagements
  • Strategic mindset with exceptional project and time management capabilities.


Compensation:

  • £70 - £100K base (depending on experience) + bonus
