Account Director - Creative Marketing in Healthcare Communications - London (3 days WFH)


We're looking for an Account Director for the Creative Marketing arm of a Healthcare Marketing & Communications business.


As a relatively new team (currently 6), due to increased success and workload we need someone who is an experienced Senior Account Manager or current Account Director. You'll need experience within Health Comms / Med Comms and also within creative marketing (advertising, branding, marketing strategy, digital marketing, production). You'll grow with the team, shaping the future of the department as they look to keep building, as their success continues


Skills experience needed:

  • Previous Med / Health Marketing / Communications experience
  • Previous experience on creative marketing and communications
  • Experience mentoring and managing more junior team members
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, deadlines and budgets
  • High level account and marketing strategy with a tactical and curious mindset
  • Spotting and engaging in new business and business development opportunities
  • Taking and developing briefs in a brave, bold and creative way.
