We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive – FX who is excited to help businesses in the UK streamline cross-border payments and access liquidity solutions. In this role, you will achieve key milestones such as driving growth in FX transaction volume, and expanding client adoption of our FX products. You will play a pivotal role in Verto’s growth by building strong client relationships and delivering value through tailored FX solutions.



In this role you will:

  • Follow Verto's established outbound sales methodology while designing and implementing your own innovative strategies to successfully acquire new clients.
  • Re-engage and manage a portfolio of churned and dropout applicants, creating strategies to convert them back into active clients.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, managing the complete 360-degree sales cycle—from client registration and onboarding to successful activation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Verto products, aiming to increase transaction sizes and maximise client lifetime value.
  • Stay well-informed about FX market trends and developments to provide clients with timely, relevant insights, positioning Verto as a trusted advisor in their financial decision-making process.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in FX sales, payments, or financial services, with at least 1 year of proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems, factors influencing exchange rates, and liquidity management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence decisions and close deals effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the evolving needs of emerging market clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot is highly desirable.
