Senior Account Manager role and responsibilities…


• Know all there is to know about the agency and their offering, so clients get the best results from the whole team

• Feed the new business pipeline: attend business development meetings and develop collateral to ‘wow’ new clients

• Work with a comms strategist to produce and attend pitches, as well as collaborate on the creative process when it comes to creative concepts

• Attend all key client meetings – briefings, creative concepts, key project milestones, wash-up sessions

• Be the custodian of each project’s brief - be part of the creative process from start to finish. Review everything along the way, especially before work leaves the studio, making sure each piece of work meets the brief’s objectives. No exceptions. Ever.

• Develop and manage project costings and timing plans, making sure our projects are delivered on time, to budget, with flair and panache

• Measure, measure, measure – measuring the effectiveness of projects is really important to us in lots of different ways, so we need to do this with clients as much as possible

• Regularly meet with clients to discuss current and future opportunities

• Management of estimate, quote and profitability of job
