Regulatory & White Collar Partner Role

Leading Large National Firm in the City

Legal 500

Above market rate salary on offer

A leading ranked national firm is recruiting for a lateral partner to join their Compliance & Regulatory Team covering Regulatory/ Health & Safety/ White Collar work from their central London office.

This multi-award winning firm ranks top 50 in the Legal 500 and has a great reputation for delivering high quality advice and results for clients. The firm has won a host of regional and national accolades in recent years including The Times best Law Firm. The firm’s approach of knowing and understanding its clients and building value mean they are able to build strong lasting relationships with clients, and provide practical and often bespoke solutions. The firm’s clients include international and UK corporations, FTSE/AIM companies, regional businesses, institutions, public bodies and high-net-worth individuals.

The team’s expertise covers all areas across the corporate spectrum including:

Bribery & Corruption, Data protection and GDPR, Dawn Raids, Competition Law, Coroner’s inquests, corporate Manslaughter & health and safety, FCA Investigations & enforcement, Licensing, Product Recall, Serious Fraud & HMRC Investigations.

Whether it be in the immediate aftermath of a fatality at work, assisting businesses who are the subject of a tax investigation, or advising companies on responding to dawn raids and investigations by competition regulators, this role will enable you to run a wide and varied caseload. Further this is a succession opportunity for someone to take over a caseload from a retiring partner in due course.

The Compliance and Regulatory team is recognised as an unrivalled force for specialist legal and strategic advice. Operating nationally, they are able to offer the reassurance of a ‘complete’ team, whatever the circumstances. With lawyers who are recognised by legal directories as ‘Leaders in their Field’, they pride themselves on the gold standard service provided to their clients – many of whom are national and international corporate bodies.

It is rare to see an opportunity like this arise from such a leading national firm. This is a truly brilliant opportunity for a partner or aspiring partner candidate looking to progress into more senior role within a role that offers broad exposure, responsibility with the benefit of support, and the ability to work with a vast range of clients, both domestic and international.

Please apply as directed or confidentially contact Catherine Knowles at Search Legal for more information. Alternatively, if this role is not for you, I am working a variety of other partner opportunities with ranked teams in the City.
