Exciting new opportunity for those aspiring to be Head of Regulatory Affairs My Client is based in London and they have a hybrid working environment.


They are currently building the next generation of Product Lifecycle Management, planning to cover beauty, pharma, food, chemicals and supplements - aiming to solve the biggest headache for companies lauching products - compliance. For their current stage a knowledge of mainly Chemicals regulations would be ideal, a desire to build on this knowledge would be even better

What the job involves


  • You will be responsible for understanding global regulations and how they impact our customers and their products. You will be the lead person in this business in this function. You are expected to own regulations globally and ensure we consistently deliver accuracy in both our product and other recommendations.
  • You will be responsible for working with the product team to get these regulations uploaded into the product. This includes all existing regulations as well as any regulatory updates.
  • You will be responding to customer requests for information about regulations and how they impact their product portfolios.
  • You will be helping with the onboarding of new customers with a particular emphasis on their regulatory data.
  • You will manage another team that runs the data processing and information upload of the regulation.
  • You will lead our efforts to become the ‘go to’ regulatory voice to build trust and reputation in our target market.


Who you are


  • You understand chemistry and cosmetics. Ideally, you have a BsC in cosmetic science, chemistry or some other relevant degree.
  • Knowledge of chemical regulatory compliance (Eg. EU PIC, WGK nominations, EU REACH, GB REACH, EAEU REACH, etc.)
  • You have a strong interest in chemistry or cosmetics.
  • You enjoy interacting with people. We are a hybrid team that works in the office 3 days a week.
  • You are analytical and have a high attention to detail. Regulations have to be right and so this is hugely important.
  • You are comfortable managing others and/or operating in a team setting. You will be managing our outsourced team.
  • You have very high proficiency in excel and data management.
  • You are comfortable hosting webinars and creating regulatory newsletters.
  • You enjoy hard work. We are trying to win in this space and that brings with it certain expectations in terms of how we work.
