Key Aims of the role:


  • Play an active and instrumental role in ensuring the company’s regulatory requirements are met during day-to-day operations as well as elevate and align the compliance culture at both HQ and operating company levels.
  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory developments in the online gambling industry and compliance;
  • Monitor and research new and existing regulated markets for relevant verticals including land-based and online;
  • Deliver licensing and regulatory filings;
  • Assist with continued development and monitoring of the compliance programme for operating companies;
  • Assist with development of annual group compliance training development and organisation;
  • Support adhoc compliance projects;
  • Support with development and delivery of compliance training;


Background you'll need to be successful in this role:


  • Degree (Law preferable);
  • 1 - 3 years experience including time in the gambling industry. Knowledge of several jurisdictions is a strong advantage;
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver simultaneous projects; and
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills to communicate at different levels of the organization and with external counsel and regulators
