We are partnered with a dynamic, well respected Boutique Transformation Consultancy. Due to high demand and a growing business our client is looking for a Senior HR Change professional to join the team and lead on client engagements. In this role you will manage teams both client side and consultants on a variety of HR Change engagements and work-streams. An ideal candidate will come from a consultancy background and be happy working with ambiguity.


Responsibilities


  • Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop change management strategies to address them.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep employees informed about changes and address any concerns.
  • Facilitate training programs to help employees adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Track the progress of change initiatives and measure their impact on the organisation.
  • Identify and address any resistance to change.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.


Qualifications


  • Experience with HR change management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing change initiatives.
  • Experience with change management methodologies.


Ideally, the successful candidate will be London based and able to travel on a hybrid basis, 2 days a week to the London office, when not on-site with clients. Clients can often be global and ability to be able to manage your time across varying timezones is desirable.
