The Role:

A prestigious and sustainability-focused architecture and design studio are seeking an experienced and strategically minded New Business Manager to join their successful team in London.


In this role, your focus will be placed on the creation and development of new business opportunities by collaborating with the senior team, creating bid submissions, conducting market research and building & nurturing client relationships. This is the perfect role for someone with bids and new business experience who possesses a strong graphics skills who is looking to take the next step in elevating their career with leading name in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and filter new business enquiries
  • Prepare agendas and lead presentations at weekly meetings
  • Develop bids, pitches, EOIs, PQQs, and client presentations
  • Brief senior team for networking events, including preparing guest lists
  • Work with the senior team to develop new business strategies
  • Manage company database, documents, and project information
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the wider design and operational teams
  • Represent the practice at client and industry events


Key Skills:

  • Experience within a new business/bids role in the design industry
  • Skilled in implementing strategic business initiatives
  • Proficient in InDesign and Photoshop
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent in handling multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Proactive, confident, and self-reliant, effectively managing projects within tight deadlines
  • Collaborative in nature
