To note, this is a newly created role, you will take ownership of the firm’s business development and marketing efforts, helping to shape and drive the company’s growth.


The ideal candidate will possess an be able to demonstrate:


Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in a creative architectural, real estate, or construction environment with a deep understanding of the industry.


Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development, securing high-profile projects, and identifying new market opportunities and trends.


Client Relationship Skills: Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, significantly enhancing client engagement.


Innovative Vision: Ready to inject innovative ideas, structure, and initiatives to bolster the firm's success.


Role Responsibilities:


Strategic Development: Collaborate closely with Directors and Sector Leads to initiate and implement the business development and marketing strategy for the London office.


Market Expansion: Lead efforts to identify and capitalise on new market opportunities both in the UK and internationally.


Client Cultivation: Strengthen client relationships and enhance the firm's international profile through innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
