Key Areas: (Training and support provided)



Business Development:



Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Assist in crafting and implementing sales strategies.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Help prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Liaising with marketing team to enhance outreach and engagement.

Account Management:



Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Monitor account performance and prepare reports on client activity.

Sales Support:



Assist with sales materials and documentation.

Track sales data and suggest improvements.

Work with internal teams to align on goals and targets.

Experience and Skill Sets



1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent organisational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with utilising a CRM.

Experience in B2B sales [specifically service based sectors such as SaaS or similar though not essential].

Experience of conducting market research and analysing data.
