Key Responsibilities

As a Business Coordinator, you’ll take on a diverse range of duties that ensure smooth day-to-day operations across administrative and finance functions, including:


Office and Administrative Support

  • Managing holiday bookings for staff, preparing workstations for new starters, and collecting equipment from leavers.
  • Maintaining an organised and fully stocked office environment, ensuring meeting rooms are set up, kitchen supplies are replenished, and equipment like printers and coffee machines are functioning perfectly.
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation for the senior team.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, managing deliveries and couriers, and overseeing office compliance with safety standards.
  • Liaising with suppliers, booking catering for meetings, and running occasional errands to support team efficiency.


Finance Support

  • Supporting project managers by opening projects, revising budgets, and submitting change orders.
  • Leading mid-month project reviews and assisting with sales invoicing.
  • Chasing overdue payments and training team members on using project management systems.
  • Monitoring timesheets, guiding employees through queries, and handling client documentation as required.
