Role Overview: As a Sales Professional specializing in post-trade SaaS solutions, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts within the investment management space. Your expertise in post-trade processes and technology will enable you to engage with key decision-makers at top-tier asset management firms, hedge funds, and other institutional investors, providing them with innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to target the investment management sector, focusing on post-trade solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their specific needs related to post-trade processes and offering tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of the company’s post-trade SaaS offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio managers, operations teams, and compliance officers.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and successful solution implementation.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the financial technology sector, with a strong focus on selling post-trade SaaS solutions to investment management firms.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of post-trade processes, including settlement, reconciliation, compliance, and reporting within the investment management space.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.
  • Location: Flexibility to work remotely or from a specified location, with the ability to travel as required.
