The Role

The HR Operations Director will be a key player in professionalising and enhancing the organisation's HR function. This senior role involves:

  • Revamping Remuneration and Policies:Reviewing and updating the remuneration structure and HR policies to ensure they are fair, competitive, and aligned with the organisations goals.
  • Developing Performance Management:Implementing a performance management system with clear goals, regular feedback, and opportunities for employee development.
  • Building the HR Team:Leading and developing a dedicated HR team to provide strategic support and foster a collaborative approach.
  • Aligning with Mission and Values:Ensuring HR practices reflect and support the organisations charitable mission and values.

The Candidate

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in enhancing HR operations and leading cultural change within a multi-site organisation. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive HR Experience:A proven track record in senior HR roles, with the ability to implement effective HR strategies and drive improvements.
  • Strategic Insight:The capability to align HR practices with organisational goals and provide valuable strategic guidance.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:A practical approach to addressing complex HR issues and implementing solutions.
