- To provide strategic leadership across the contracts, lead in the delivery of significant profitable growth through new and existing client contracts and relationships
- Client development and retention through pro-actively building long lasting client relationships
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring the contracts are operating within contractual terms.
- Ensure the contracts perform to budget and achieve their unit business plan and financial performance
- Own, define, maintain and manage account development plans
- Track and monitor performance metrics and indicators for the contracts; identifying and implementing improvements where necessary
- Oversee Sub-Contractor adherence to client and company policy
- Support the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals through to sign off on contracts.
- A minimum of 5 years experience at a senior account management level within the FM industry
- Expert knowledge of Soft Services Facilities Management
- Experience of managing complex and multiple stakeholder relationship
- Demonstrable financial acumen
- Have a proven track record of client / customer satisfaction
- Track record of growing sales and retaining business
- Driving License
- SIA non-frontline licence holder (or able to qualify)
- IOSH and/ or NEBOSH Accredited (working towards)
- Knowledge of Hard Services
- Knowledge of Catering
