Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Managing routine maintenance tasks
  • Completing minor repairs and refurbishments
  • Coordinating porterage and basic DIY tasks
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a site or premises role is essential
  • Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not necessary
  • A fully Enhanced DBS is required
  • General maintenance experience is necessary
  • A strong work ethic and reliability are essential

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and be flexible to meet the needs of the school.

Salary:

£29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
