Counter Manager, Central London - £27,800
Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge in the world of luxury retail? Our client, a leader in luxury wellbeing, is seeking a passionate Concession Manager to join our iconic London store team. If you have a flair for delivering exceptional customer service, a love for luxury and wellbeing, and a desire to enhance our guests' wellbeing, then this role is perfect for you.
- Lead the overall counter sales, team, and merchandising, ensuring a world-class guest experience at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest wellbeing and luxury retail experience.
- Work 4 days a week, including a variety of shifts, providing flexibility and a chance to engage with a diverse customer base.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience with a keen understanding of customer service in a luxury retail environment.
- A genuine passion for luxury and wellbeing products, with the ability to convey this passion to customers.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, to ensure coverage during peak business hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our guests.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive sales and customer service excellence.
- A genuine interest in wellbeing products and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience in this space.
Salary:
- £22,230 for 4 days a week
