As the Business Manager for this luxury skincare brand, you’ll oversee daily operations at a premium beauty counter, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will span three key areas:
- Retail Sales & Client Relationship Management – Build meaningful customer relationships, provide personalised skincare consultations, and captivate clients with engaging brand storytelling. Drive sales, coordinate retail activations, and collaborate with internal teams to showcase the brand’s excellence.
- Stock & Administration – Manage stock levels, handle transactions, and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and uphold high standards of workplace organisation and cleanliness.
- Team Management & Leadership – Motivate and mentor your team with tailored coaching and incentive programmes. Inspire excellence, oversee scheduling, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless customer journey.
We’re seeking someone with a passion for luxury skincare and proven expertise in retail. You’ll stand out if you:
- Have extensive experience in the luxury beauty sector, particularly in skincare.
- Thrive on achieving sales targets and delivering personalised, high-quality customer experiences.
- Have prior experience working for a big retailer.
- Excel at leading and coaching teams to reach their full potential.
- Possess strong organisational skills, from CRM to inventory management.
- Speak fluent English (additional European languages are a bonus).
