At Pagos Consultants, we are a global recruitment agency specialising in Payments, Gaming, Tech, and Life Sciences. In just 6 months, we've grown from 8 to 30 people, opened a second office, and are rapidly expanding across key markets. With ambitious plans to launch a US office in January 2025 and a UAE office by mid-2025, we are on an exciting growth journey. Now, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to lead our global sales strategy, driving performance and supporting our continued success.


The Role


As the Head of Global Sales, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy across all verticals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Operations to ensure alignment between sales and operational strategies. This role requires an on-site presence, working from both our Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, and London Liverpool Street offices. You will also manage 3 direct reports, each overseeing a different vertical, ensuring coaching, training, and performance management to maximise success.

You’ll lead by example, creating a high-performance sales culture using data to reinforce positive behaviours and identifying areas for improvement. With our robust tech infrastructure, processes, and talented team in place, this role is perfect for someone who wants to be at the forefront of a global scaling strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global sales strategy across Payments, Gaming, Tech, and Life Sciences recruitment markets.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations to align sales and operational strategies for maximum impact.
  • Manage and mentor sales leaders across multiple verticals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance team performance and create a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Identify gaps in the sales process and implement solutions to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the continued expansion of our global offices, including the US (January 2025) and UAE (mid-2025).
  • Regularly travel between our Cheshunt and London Liverpool Street offices to lead from the front and ensure team cohesion.


What Were Looking For

  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in recruitment.
  • Experience in multi-vertical sales strategies, particularly within Payments, Tech, Gaming, or Life Sciences.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities with a data-driven approach to driving performance.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, particularly with Operations, to align and execute business objectives.
  • Willingness to be on-site 5 days a week and travel regularly between Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, and London Liverpool Street.
  • Ambition to help scale a business and take it to the next level globally.
