Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligning with the company’s overall business goals and ensuring successful market penetration.
  • Team Management: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability while driving individual and collective performance.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within key markets, expanding partnerships and opening new distribution channels to grow the brand’s presence in the skincare sector.
  • Market Expansion: Oversee expansion into new countries and regions, ensuring a strategic approach to market entry while managing local regulations and consumer needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and brand positioning.
  • Financial Management: Manage the sales budget for the region, optimizing resources to maximize ROI and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sales performance, using data to inform decision-making and adjust strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture key relationships with distributors, retailers, and other strategic partners to drive long-term success.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry.
  • Experience managing sales across the EMEA region, with a deep understanding of the local markets and consumer behavior.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region as needed.
