The Associate Engagement Administrator plays a pivotal role in facilitating clear and consistent communication to our associates from the People Function.


This role encourages and maintains associate engagement with People Function activities, initiatives and processes through effective communication.


Reporting to the Global Associate Initiatives Lead, this role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can support in developing and executing communication initiatives, promote associate engagement and assist in project management tasks related to HR initiatives from this area.


Key Responsibilities:


Internal Communications:

  • Execute internal communication strategies aligned with the People Function’s global people strategy and with Lockton’s shared values to associates across Europe.
  • Create and / or work with our Marketing team to produce compelling content for various internal communication channels, including emails and digital signage, ensuring messages are clear, consistent and engaging.
  • Create content that adheres to our brand, voice and personality; conveying the People Function’s Employee Value Proposition to all associates throughout their career at Lockton.
  • Coordinate the distribution of communication materials and ensure timely delivery, buy-in and sign-off from relevant stakeholders, including those in the People Function, Marketing and other third-parties.
  • Monitor feedback and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and implement recommendations for continuous improvement and well as demonstrating return on investment (ROI).
  • Assist in distributing HR policies, procedures and regulatory updates to associates, utilising the best communication channel.


Associate Engagement:

Help support and coordinate associate engagement surveys and other activities to gather feedback and assess associate engagement.


Project Management:

  • Support HR communication and engagement projects and initiatives by assisting in planning, scheduling and coordination.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within established deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or obstacles to project success and escalate issues as needed.


Qualifications, Skills & Experiences:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particular PowerPoint.
  • A positive and creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving positive change through communication.
