Key Responsibilities for the Associate Director – Transaction Services:

Essential Skills & Experience for the Associate Director – Transaction Services:


  • Strong academic background with a financial qualification such as ACA or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience managing advisory or transaction-related engagements.
  • Proven ability to work with senior management teams at diverse clients, including corporates and PE clients.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
