Stirling Scotland, Scotland, United Kingdom Taleka Full time

Company Description

Taleka is a global leader in providing adoption services, change management, and driving innovation for digital technologies. With a focus on a "people-first" approach, Taleka aims to solve "human problems" through collaboration tools and software. The company has a strong emphasis on increasing end user adoption and expanding value throughout the customer lifecycle.

Role Description

As the Digital Engagement Architect, you will bridge the gap between strategic objectives and the everyday experiences of users by crafting compelling, purpose-driven narratives that resonate on a personal level. With a deep understanding of human-centred design and a passion for technology and innovation, you will shape interactive, impactful digital playbooks that transform passive content into active learning experiences. Your role is pivotal in connecting people with purpose, ensuring that every individual within an organisation not only understands the 'what' and 'how' but, more importantly, the 'why' behind the change.

Responsibilities

Develop Storyboards and Content Concepts: Design engaging narratives and visual content that align with user personas and organisational goals, ensuring relevance and impact.

Write and Design Digital Content: Create clear, concise, and compelling digital content that enhances user engagement and learning, including interactive playbooks and multimedia materials.

Research and Innovate: Continuously explore and assess new technologies, tools, and software to enhance digital content delivery and stay ahead of industry trends.

Manage Digital Content Projects: Oversee all stages of digital content projects, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality output.

Create Social Media and Marketing Materials: Develop innovative social media strategies and marketing content to promote digital playbooks and engage target audiences effectively.

Knowledge and Experience

Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; experience in a graduate program within a multinational environment is a plus.

Human-Centred Design Expertise: Strong understanding of human-centred design principles and the ability to apply them to create user-focused digital experiences.

UX Design Skills: Experience in conducting UX reviews and designing user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Digital Content Creation Tools: Proficiency with Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other digital content creation tools.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive content and presentations.

Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and teams.

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organisational and time management skills.

Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Proactive and Adaptive Mindset: Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, capable of resolving complex issues effectively.

Multilingual Ability: Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus, enhancing communication with diverse user groups while working with cross-border teams.
