We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimising marketing automation pipelines to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM, email marketing, and data analytics, with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and data-driven marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns focused on reactivations, referrals, upgrades, cross-selling and retentions.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimise customer journeys to enhance onboarding, engagement, and retention. Implement pipelines with our technical team and track success.
  • A/B Testing and Optimisation: Conduct split testing on various campaign elements (subject lines, offers, content, CTAs, send times) to optimise performance. Analyse results and apply insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Multichannel Integration: Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, and telesales
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments such as compliance, design, and marketing teams to support and optimize CRM initiatives and campaigns.




Skills and Knowledge:

  • Email Marketing and CRM Tools: Experience in email marketing and familiarity with CRM platforms and optimisation tools (e.g., Sendgrid, CrazyEgg etc)
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and analyse campaign performance, with a focus on deriving actionable insights. Also comfortable at bespoke analysis work outwith analytics tools.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thorough quality assurance in all communications and segments.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including technical teams, and independently.



Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing or related data role.
  • Knowledge of HTML, SQL or Python would be advantageous
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies
