As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Martech Solutions Specialist shape our clients’ digital marketing strategies with the support of our in-house digital analytics experts.
The role:
As a MarTech Solutions Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between client marketing goals and the effective use of marketing technology.
You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, develop strategic plans, and guide the implementation of solutions within the marketing data stack.
While you will coordinate the setup and use of platforms like CDPs and CEPs, you'll collaborate with our analytics engineers for any technical configuration and development work.
Your role will also involve helping clients interpret analytics to drive smarter decisions and empowering them to progressively enhance their use of the technology.
Skills and experience you will bring:
- Client Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and data needs, developing strategic plans that utilize MarTech solutions effectively.
- Solution Coordination: Guide the implementation and configuration of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Customer Engagement Platforms (CEPs), working alongside analytics engineers for any technical setup or development needs.
- Analytics Interpretation: Assist clients in interpreting marketing analytics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their campaigns and strategies.
- Client Education: Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance clients’ understanding of the marketing stack, enabling them to leverage the technology for progressively more sophisticated use cases.
- Campaign Management: Manage the execution of downstream marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and seamless integration across channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with analytics engineers, data specialists, and other internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a similar role within a digital agency, MarTech firm, or in-house marketing team.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Customer Engagement Platforms (CEPs), with experience in coordinating their use rather than configuring them.
- Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrable experience in a client-facing role, focusing on both planning and execution of marketing technology strategies.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way, with a passion for helping clients grow their understanding and use of MarTech.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
