Frazer Jones are thrilled to be partnered with a global financial services business based in London, to hire an experienced Senior HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

With a truly global team, this role will be responsible for a supporting the population in UK and Ireland, in which you would be highly autonomous for. You will additionally have the opportunity to partner closely with HR counterparts across the globe to embed culture and develop strategic initiatives, while remaining hands on in a business partnering capacity.


More specifically, as a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for;


  • Partnering closely with line managers and Heads of Dept to design and develop people related strategy
  • Working closely with the wider team to support with organisational design, restructures and talent mapping
  • Specialising in employee engagement, leading on initiatives to increase engagement and promote a positive company culture and wellbeing
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and develop an understanding of different jurisdictions to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Working closely with the CoE's to use HR metrics to influence decisions and help guide the people strategy
  • Leading on succession planning and talent mapping, embedding a high-performance culture and developing frameworks
  • Managing complex employee relations cases end to end, with administration support
  • Partnering with the wider HR team globally and locally to successfully implement initiatives and develop process. Rolling out complex change management projects such as restructures
  • Leading on annual compensation rounds and salary renewals, working closely with specialists
  • Partnering with the DEI team to embed a positive culture of belonging, wellness and equality
  • Leading on ad hoc project delivery, contributing to the wider business strategy


To be considered for this role, you must be a confident (and passionate) Senior HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and employment law. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.

Additionally, you will prioritise adding value and process improvement and always be looking for development areas.
