  • Extensive experience in dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and its application in business.
  • Strong Generalist HR experience in a commercial environment.
  • Senior-level recruitment experience.
  • Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing senior managers.
  • Experience or knowledge of TUPE.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity.
