Role Overview:
The CRM Executive will be looking after the B2C side of the business and will need to have some experience in a CRM role. Your will be responsible for the execution of CRM strategies, Campaign Management & Marketing Automation.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in B2C
- Proficient in CRM software, such as Iterable, Braze, or Klaviyo
- Management of high volume of emails, and high deliverability rates
