The Role

As a German-Speaking Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint in the DACH region, selling our innovative GRC solutions to key decision-makers across industries such as financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving new business by identifying and engaging potential clients in the DACH region, focusing on enterprise-level organizations.
  • Leading the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring exceptional client experience.
  • Consulting with clients to understand their specific risk management and compliance challenges, offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align offerings with client needs.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the GRC, risk management, or compliance software space.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and how technology solutions can support organizations in managing compliance and operational risks.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to C-level executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
