Role Summary:


You will focus on pursuing qualified leads and expanding their client base within the professional services, financial, and corporate sectors. You will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their security and risk management needs, and closing sales deals. This role involves consultative selling, managing relationships, and contributing to the companys revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage directly with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and deliver customised proposals that demonstrate a strong ROI for clients.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to explore client challenges and position thier services as solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals for both the company and the client.
  • Oversee the contracting process and ensure successful handover to delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor messaging and strategies for the professional services and corporate markets.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using the CRM.

Key Deliverables:


  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for new and existing clients.
  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Successfully negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction scores and build long-term relationships.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance and forecast.


Key Skills & Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in professional services (Legal), financial, or corporate sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, developing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience handling complex contracts and pricing.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of security, risk management, or related services is a plus.
