Who are we?

We are Resi, the UK's number one home extension company, and we are on a mission to bring peace of mind to millions of stressed renovators across the UK. We are a team of ~80 people based in the heart of Oval, South London.


What (and who) are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.


In short, this is a consultative B2C sales role. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from qualifying warm (inbound) leads through to performing consultation calls and closing your own deals. You will be helping hundreds of homeowners to bring their projects to life, and your sales skills will be challenged by diverse and nuanced project ideas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's passionate about the personal nature of B2C sales, and wants to ramp up their skills quickly.


  • Scheduling and performing consultation calls with potential customers ( leads generated by marketing channels)
  • Exploring the customers’ project goals, accurately tracking relevant information, and identifying potential objections
  • Selling the Resi services (design, connect + finance), using solution-based responses to combat objections
  • Building bespoke quotes, and maintaining a diligent follow up process for maximum conversion
  • Building a book of referees from your customer base
  • Achieving (and hopefully over-exceeding) your monthly revenue targets, and helping the team to reach their team target


The must-haves, and the nice-to-haves

We would love to find someone with the following qualities...


  • 1-2 years' experience working in B2C sales (with experience closing your own deals - must have)
  • A real passion for driving revenue growth, motivated by hitting and exceeding targets and KPIs, and ultimately earning commission for yourself
  • The ability to build and develop relationships with clients from all walks of life
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Passionate about technology innovation, and driven by new ideas
  • The ability to work and self-develop independently, and as part of a wider team contributing to a shared goal
  • If you have previous knowledge or experience working within the property, architecture, or construction sectors - amazing But an interest in home improvement would also be nice. Or, even better, do you have an understanding of the lifecycle of an extension project? Have you, or a friend / family member, renovated?


Even if you do not meet every one of our essential criteria, we would still encourage you to apply - particularly if you are a woman / non-binary. Research has shown that women will typically only apply for roles where they believe they meet 90% or more of the criteria, whereas for men it is 60%.

We have built a multi-stage process to help us to build a full picture of our candidates, ensuring that each stage is relatively short (and virtual until the final stage) to help you to fit your conversations with us around your day to day commitments.


1st Stage: 20 min screening call with Katie, our Talent & Culture Manager

2nd Stage: 30 min Google Meet with Olivia, our VP of Commercial

3rd Stage: 20 min Task Interview (Phone Call) with Jamie, our Sales Coach

Final Stage: 30 min visit to the office for a Culture Interview, to see our office and to meet a member of Senior Leadership.
