We are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to sit within our fast-paced Creative Services team, an creative team that functions as an internal design agency by providing services to all departments, including marketing, digital, design, sales and merchandise. The strategic team leader will oversee deadlines, deliverables and calendar management for all creative asset workstreams. The role is responsible for efficiently managing workflows, resources and project schedules for the Creative Services team as well as the Print Design team. The Studio Manager will report to the Art Director.


The role:

  • Leads as point of contact for all the other departments
  • Assign tasks and projects to appropriate team members based on their skills, availability, and workload capacity.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and that there is a clear understanding of project timelines.
  • Leads the execution and logistics of non-campaign shoots and budget management for Le New Black during the selling campaign, with input from merchandising on art direction, casting and styling for consistency throughout channels
  • Develop and enforce workflows and processes to streamline project progression from initiation to completion.
  • Act as a central point of contact between different teams, departments, and suppliers, ensuring that information flows smoothly and that everyone is informed of project status.
  • Assess project priorities and allocate resources accordingly to meet critical deadlines.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks or delays in project execution and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure that projects meet quality standards and that all necessary approvals have been met.
  • Communicate with all necessary parties regarding project progress, timelines, and any changes or updates.


The candidate:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments to ensure project success.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination and client interaction.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project management.
  • Knowledge & experience of using project/resource management software such as Asana or Microsoft project.
  • Experience in an equivalent role within the creative industry, preferably within the fashion sector.
