Abut the Role
As they continue, to grow, they are now seeking and experienced Brand Director to drive business development and commercial opportunities.
You will lead efforts to expand the brand offerings, identifying and securing new business while nurturing existing client relationships. This role will involve strategic development across entertainment, casting, brand collaborations, experiential marketing, and music licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying growth opportunities with brands and agencies.
- Lead on pitches and develop relationships to generate commercial opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring commercial targets are met.
- Develop and implement innovative talent and entertainment strategies for clients.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with brands, agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Act as a representative for brands when negotiating talent partnerships, ensuring sound contractual terms.
- Oversee casting, talent procurement, and bookings for projects across our brand division.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in agency roles such as campaign/account management, talent partnerships, casting, or influencer marketing.
- Proven track record in securing new business and driving commercial growth.
- Strong client management skills with a history of delivering high-quality campaigns.
- Excellent network of senior stakeholders across brands, agencies, and creative industries.
- Expertise in talent procurement and negotiation for endorsements, sponsorships, and licensing.
- Passion for identifying emerging talent, brands, and market trends.
