About the Role:
We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and inspire our sales team, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client experiences. This role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for a sales leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team comprising a new business development rep, two account managers, two customer success managers, one partner manager and two sales development reps.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expanding our footprint in the managed cyber security services market.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
- Identify new market trends, opportunities, and areas for growth, positioning CyberOne as a leader in managed security services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within the managed security services or broader IT services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Strong understanding of cyber security services, solutions, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
A collaborative, hands-on approach and the desire to mentor and develop team members.
