This international company is seeking a Head of Sales for their exciting property based in Buckinghamshire, therefore any of the following would be commutable Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire and Berkshire.

The Head of Sales will

  • Report to the General Manager
  • Have a strategic approach
  • Have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
  • Develop both new business and then account manage the business from the Corporate and MICE sectors
  • Has three direct reports
  • Experience with the Corporate, Mice and Agency sectors are essential for this role

As Head of Sales you will have

  • Experience of being a Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Head of Sales, Head of Event Sales, Conference and Events Sales Manager (Proactive), MICE Sales Manager or MICE DOS as a minimum.
  • High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
  • A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results.
  • The flexibility to visit clients and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
  • Be open minded and have a flexible approach
  • Excellent customer care, account management and negotiation skills.
