**Outside Sales Representative £28,000 Basic + Company Car + Uncapped Commission**

**Office Location: Milton Keynes**

The perfect opportunity to step up from a stagnant internal sales role and move into a customer facing role sales where you will be managing a territory. Within the position you will be managing the full 360 sales cycle doing a mix of business developmentand account management, attending meetings, building relationships with new and existing customer across the patch.

Our client is a market leader with the IT sector and sell a variety of bespoke solutions into SMEs across the UK, predominantly around the Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire & Oxfordshire area. Due to their recent growth within the sector, they are looking toexpand their sales team and add to the vibrant and inclusive culture. Their stylish and modern head office is based in Milton Keynes, where the role will be based out of when you're not out meeting customers.

When you first step into the role, you will be getting hands on experience, shadowing some of the key figures within sales team whilst you get up to speed. All product/sales training will be provided by inhouse designated trainers, the blend of on-the-jobexperience, mixed with designated trainers will ensure your success within the role, despite previous experience.

To be a successful applicant, a**Full Drivers Licence is required**, beyond that, personality is key, having the willingness to learn and throw yourself into every opportunity that arises. Having the desire to progress and develop within asuccessful company with a hunger to earn uncapped commission from day one. Experience within a phone-based role is required, this could include B2B Sales, Recruitment, Customer Service, B2C Sales (Estate Agency, Car Sales), a variety of backgrounds will beconsidered.
