We are currently seeking a customer service professional to join us as a Customer Account Co-Ordinator (Crawley/Hybrid)

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Customer Account Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for managing orders and liaising with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure aerospace parts are moved through our Supply Chain to reach the customer in a timely manner. You will be the voice of Incora providing first-class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed within our organisation.

You will manage your own accounts, updating customers on deliveries from suppliers.

About You

You will be proactive, have excellent attention to detail; resilient, with an ability to work confidently using your own initiative. Understanding and actioning the customer requirements will be at the heart of everything you do. Intermediate excel skills are a must for this role.

We are interested in people from all backgrounds with experience of working in a customer relationship position where excellence is at the heart of what you do.

  • Starting salary between £26,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience.
