London UK, UK, United Kingdom TVF Media Full time

This is a rare opportunity to join the nerve-centre of one of the most diverse media companies in London. TVF Media operates in many areas including interactive digital media, communications, television programming and distribution, post-production, and the arts.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Talent team working across HR and recruitment, in a role that has significant potential to grow into a central strategic position within the company. This would suit a commercially-minded graduate with an interest in management, looking for a rapidly advancing career. You will gain a thorough grounding in all aspects of HR, including but not limited to: recruitment, training, talent management and development, performance management, and employee relations. Working closely with the CEO, Financial Director, and Division Heads across the group, you will be a strong and trusted partner able to solve complex problems and influence strategic direction. Your strategic HR advice will enable our people to perform at their very best, and you will play an essential role in maintaining the meritocratic and inclusive culture that drives our success.

There will also be the opportunity to get involved in other media areas across the TVF group, such as working in festival production for the Institute of Art and Ideas or contributing to business strategy in other areas of our operations.

This is a varied and challenging role with a significant level of responsibility and much potential for the role to develop. The successful candidate will find themselves applying contemporary management theory on a day-to-day basis. This role is uniquely placed to have contact with all members of the team, from trainees to directors, and so the ability to communicate with confidence is paramount.

All applicants should have an excellent educational background (minimum 2:1 from a top university), be highly goal-oriented, proactive and self-motivated, and have the force of personality, charm and charisma to make things happen.
