This role involves overseeing the careers of their high-profile luxury talent, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful negotiation and execution of contracts.


What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile luxury talent, including models, influencers, actors, and other creatives, ensuring their careers are strategically developed and aligned with their personal brand
  • Identify and onboard new talent that aligns with the agency’s luxury focus
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with luxury brands, fashion houses, media outlets, and other key industry players
  • Identify and secure partnership opportunities that align with the talents’ brand and career goals.
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead negotiations for talent contracts, ensuring optimal terms for both the talent and the agency
  • Oversee the drafting and execution of agreements, ensuring compliance and risk management


Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent management, with a strong focus on the luxury sector
  • Experience working with high-profile clients is essential
  • In-depth understanding of the luxury market, including fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors
  • Strong network of contacts within the luxury industry
