RESPONSIBILITIES


Talent Success Process


  • Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and job specifications.
  • Learn how to identify and engage with candidates using various methods for a variety of different roles.
  • Book and assist with initial candidate screenings to assess the right opportunity for them and assess their suitability for our live roles.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, scheduling interviews, providing interview preparation tips which you have learned as well as post-interview feedback from Employers/hiring managers.
  • Successfully liaising with the Talent Success Manager to ensure we are delivering positive outcomes for both Employers and candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
  • Book and conduct post-placement follow-ups with candidates to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall candidate and employer experience.


System Management


  • Utilise our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to manage a plethora of information, maintain accurate records and monitor the recruitment process.
  • Become accustomed to posting attractive job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Learn how to use job boards to source candidates and get insights into the market.
  • Use Microsoft Teams to store documents, manage calendars and book meetings.
  • Utilise Excel and its various functions for data capture and presentation.
  • There may be other technologies and systems that we utilise and that you would be learning as part of this role. For example, we often use AI tools for various tasks.
