Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Talent to lead their talent division and drive their strategic initiatives in luxury brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury market, a proven track record in talent management, and exceptional skills in forging and maintaining high-value brand relationships.


What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and management that align with the agency’s vision and luxury brand focus.
  • Oversee the identification, recruitment, and development of top-tier talent to enhance the agency’s portfolio.
  • Lead and inspire a team of talent managers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with luxury brands, ensuring alignment with their brand values and objectives.
  • Design and execute tailored talent solutions that enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.
  • Negotiate and manage high-profile contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the talent and luxury brands.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for luxury brand clients, delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues proactively.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent management, preferably within the luxury brand sector.
  • Proven track record of successful brand partnership development and talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team.
