The role


GAP are looking to appoint a dynamic Talent Attraction & Retention Manager to lead their recruitment team and to drive innovative resourcing strategies. Based at their Head Office in Glasgow and reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll be managing a team of recruitment professionals, looking to develop and refine recruitment and retention strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to ensure the processes are industry leading.


Key responsibilities


Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing cutting-edge recruitment initiatives, enhancing the employer brand through effective social media, conducting job evaluations and psychometric testing, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also provide strategic advice and coaching to the management teams, maintain a talent pipeline, and recruit for senior management roles within the Group.
